What exactly is a bridge loan?

A bridge loan is short-term financing that covers the gap between two points — buying before you sell, closing before permanent financing lands, or funding a business need while a longer-term facility is arranged. Terms typically run 6 to 36 months and are repaid when the exit (a sale, refinance, or receivable) comes through.

How fast can I actually get funded?

Most borrowers see an approval decision within 24 hours of a complete application, and many deals fund in as few as three business days. Speed depends on the asset, the documentation, and the lender — but moving fast is the whole reason a bridge exists, and it is what we are built for.

Do you check my personal credit?

Getting matched uses a soft inquiry only, which never affects your score. We weigh the asset, the cash flow, and the exit first. All credit profiles are considered — a lower score does not take you out of the running.
